'Best of' voting under way.

CLINTON -- The Item newspaper is once again sponsoring its "Best of'' the region contest. Appearing in papers through the first week in March, ballots are available for readers to choose their favorites in a number of categories, including restaurants, banks and entertainment.

This is the 14th year the Item has sponsored a "Best of'' contest and hundreds of ballots are submitted each year.

At the conclusion of voting, one lucky ballot will be chosen and that person will win a variety of great prizes from local retailers.
