Judge Peter W. Agnes Jr.
Teudi Portuhondo, 36, of 206 Chapin St., Southbridge, sentenced to two concurrent terms of 5 to 7 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to trafficking in cocaine and trafficking in heroin, morphine or opium. He was ordered to pay $150 drug fee, $90 victim witness fee. Two counts of drug violation near a school or park were dismissed.
Rodgine E. Penn, 21, of 155 Eastern Ave., Worcester, sentenced to 3 to 4 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to armed robbery (gun). He was placed on probation for 3 years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (gun). As conditions of probation, he was ordered to complete community service, to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, to have no contact with the victim, and to obtain employment or schooling; $90 victim witness fee, $65 probation fee. Charges of armed robbery (gun) and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (gun) were dismissed.
Roberto Pena, 43, of the Worcester County Jail and House of Correction, West Boylston, sentenced to four concurrent terms of 2 years' probation after pleading guilty to three counts of possession of cocaine, amended from three counts of distribution of cocaine, and conspiracy to violate a drug law. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to pay $150 drug fee, $90 victim witness fee, $50 probation fee. Charges of distribution of cocaine and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute were dismissed.

Joseph T. Bouthot, of 130 Oread St., Worcester, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 4 to 5 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to armed robbery (knife) and receiving a stolen vehicle. He was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 2-1/2 years in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to two counts of assault and battery.
