Armando U. Negron, 21, of 33 Bedford Ave., Worcester, charged with receiving stolen property over $250, continued without a finding for 6 months, $90 victim witness fee.

Sherry L. Pelchat, 38, of 138 Park Hill Ave., Millbury, charged with breaking and entering into a building in the daytime with the intent to commit a felony and larceny over $250, continued without a finding for 6 months, ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to undergo a substance abuse evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, and to submit to random drug tests, $90 victim witness fee.

Nathan W. Carreau, 24, of 33 Truro St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, placed on probation for 1 year, ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to submit to random drug tests, to attend an anger management program, to enter and complete the Spectrum in-patient program, and not to abuse the victim, $50 victim witness fee.

Catherine Kent, 46, of 45 Dupont St., Southbridge, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent (second offense), amended from driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent (third offense), placed on probation for 2 years, ordered to remain alcohol-free, to submit to random drug tests, to attend three AA meetings per week, to attend a 14 day in-patient program, and to attend a 1/2 day Brains at Risk program, 2 years license loss, $50 victim's assessment fee; marked lanes violation, found responsible, filed; and vehicle lights violation, found not responsible.
