Barry B. Jumpp, 19, of 11 Norfolk St., Worcester, charged with distribution of cocaine, conspiracy to violate a drug law, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, sentenced to three concurrent terms of 1 year in the House of Correction, with 20 days to be served, balance suspended for 1 year, ordered to pay $90 victim witness fee; resisting arrest and trespassing, sentenced to two concurrent terms of 20 days in the House of Correction; and disorderly conduct, filed with a guilty finding.

Edward Alexander, 46, of Newark, N.J., charged with improper use of a credit card over $250, receiving a stolen credit card, improper use of a credit card under $250, two counts of uttering false writing, two counts of forgery of a document, and identity fraud, dismissed.

Bobby G. Harris Jr., 39, of 578 Mill St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), amended from driving with a suspended license, continued without a finding for 1 year, ordered to complete 100 hours of community service and to pay $50 victim witness fee; and failing to stop or yield, found responsible, filed.

Geoffrey Plonski, 22, of 7 Revere St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed.

Marissa M. Jacques, 21, of 194 Cohasset St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, continued to Aug. 8.

Anthony M. Jacobs, 50, of 7 Marston Way, Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed upon payment of bar advocate fee and default removal fee; and assault with a dangerous weapon (knife), dismissed.

Heather Montysko, 18, of 16 Depot St., Douglas, charged with larceny under $250, amended from larceny over $250, continued without a finding for 6 months, ordered to pay $230 restitution.

John K. Szyszko, 42, of Ludlow, charged with larceny over $250, continued to Aug. 31 on $100 cash bail.

Woody Maignant, 40, of 95 Southold Road, Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), amended from driving with a suspended license, sentenced to 60 days in the House of Correction, suspended for 6 months, fined $1,000.

Shana M. Lindberg, 34, of 26 North St., Douglas, charged with larceny under $250, amended from larceny over $250, continued without a finding for 6 months, ordered to pay $230 restitution.
