Judge James R. Lemire

Dominic Perretti, 55, of 7 Williams St., Grafton, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 1 to 2 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and larceny of a vehicle. The sentence is to run concurrent with any other sentences now being served.

Joel Caraballo, 31, of 45 Austin St., Worcester, was placed on probation for 2 years after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. The charge was amended from trafficking in cocaine. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug-free, to submit to random drug tests, and to pay $150 drug fee, $90 victim witness fee, $65 probation fee. A charge of trafficking in heroin, morphine, or opium was dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.

Mark Harris, 44, of Bellingham, charged with driving recklessly, sentenced to 6 months in the House of Correction; driving with a suspended license, sentenced to a concurrent term of 10 days in the House of Correction; failing to stop for police and failing to slow down, filed with a guilty finding; speeding in violation of special regulations and passing violation, found responsible, filed; and using a vehicle without authority (second offense), dismissed.

Mark A. Mardigras, 23, of 23 Arlington St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended registration, driving an uninsured vehicle, having no inspection sticker on a vehicle, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and trespassing, continued to Dec. 11.

Jonathan L. Booker, 24, of 9-1/2 Creston St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (motor vehicle), failing to stop for police, and disorderly conduct, continued to Dec. 4 on $300 cash bail.

Katherine Zayas Vargas, 33, of 58 Great Brook Valley Ave., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license and vehicle lights violation, continued to Dec. 12.

Anthony Rios, 18, of 6 Ripley St., Worcester, charged with carrying a dangerous weapon (pocket knife) and entering a dwelling in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, continued to Dec. 13.
