Judge Peter W. Agnes Jr.

Dana S. Gaul, 30, of 701 Main St., Worcester, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of four to six years in Walpole State Prison after a guilty finding by the court of unarmed robbery, amended from armed robbery (gun), and after pleading guilty to unarmed robbery. He was placed on probation for two years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to armed robbery (gun). As a condition of probation, he was ordered to undergo a substance abuse evaluation with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department. Two counts of assault and battery were filed after guilty pleas.

Shannon P. Smith, 20, of 5 Fairbanks St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery and threatening to commit a crime (to cut her throat), continued without a finding for one year, no abuse toward victim, $50 victim witness fee.

Francesco Lopriore, 28, of 48 Sewall Drive, Shrewsbury, charged with wanton destruction of property over $250, dismissed upon payment of $1,000 restitution, ordered to stay away from property owner; and assault, dismissed.

Enrique Guzman, 38, of 16 Great Brook Valley Ave., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended registration, dismissed, $100 costs; and driving an uninsured vehicle, dismissed.
