Michael J. Witkowski, 44, of 701 Main St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed without prejudice.

Scott L. Hubert, 40, of 16 Kelley Square, Worcester, charged with aggravated assault and battery, dismissed.

Miguel Cordero, 51, of 6 Jaques Ave., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, found not guilty.

Mark Julien, 45, of 253 Main St., Oxford, charged with assault and battery, continued without a finding for six months, ordered to undergo an alcohol evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to abide by restraining order, and no abuse of victim.

James W. Urraca, 29, of 8 Chelsea St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), amended from driving with a suspended license, sentenced to 10 days in the House of Correction; license plate violation to conceal ID and driving an uninsured vehicle, filed with a guilty finding; failing to signal, having no inspection sticker on a vehicle, and driving an unregistered vehicle, found responsible, filed.

Clayton Wheeler, 40, of 434 Crescent St., Athol, charged with driving with a suspended license, fined $625, $50 victim witness fee; speeding, found responsible, filed; and possession of cocaine, dismissed.

Brandon J. Madison, 22, of 18 Mason St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery on a child causing injury, continued to March 4 on $500 cash bail.

Victor R. Liriano, 41, of 262 Constitution Ave., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license, amended from driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), continued without a finding for six months, $500 costs, $50 victim witness fee; having no inspection sticker on a vehicle, found responsible, filed; and failing to stop or yield, found not responsible.
