Javier Gonzalez-Garcia, 36, of 63 Snow St., Fitchburg, was sentenced to three concurrent terms of 2 to 4 years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to two counts of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony and larceny from a building.
Ricardo Diaz, 26, of 606 Westminster St., Fitchburg, was sentenced to three concurrent terms of 3 to 4 years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to possession of a large capacity firearm, possession of ammunition without a firearm ID card, and firearm violation with one prior violent or drug crime, amended from firearm violation with two prior violent or drug crimes. He was placed on 1 year probation, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to possession of heroin with intent to distribute. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug-free, to undergo substance abuse and drug evaluations with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, and to pay $65 probation fee. A charge of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute was dismissed.

Rivera, 23, of 16 Laurel St., Worcester, charged with driving negligently, sentenced to 2 months in the House of Correction; motorcycle equipment violation, marked lanes violation, and driving without a license, found responsible, filed; driving an uninsured vehicle and driving an unregistered vehicle, dismissed.
