WORCESTER Jonathan Alexander Favreau, 28, died Sunday, August 12, 2007, at Boston University Medical Center after an illness.

He leaves his parents, Dorothy (Glaster) Favreau and Dr. Donald A. Favreau; his companion, Stephanie Silva; along with many uncles, aunts, cousins and dear friends. He also leaves a legacy of family love.

Jonathan was born in Worcester and attended Worcester Academy, Holy Name High School and Quinsigamond Community College.

He was a longtime altar server at his parish church, St. Catherine of Sweden in Worcester.

He enjoyed his work as assistant manager of The Garden Shop at Mahoneys Garden Center in Winchester. Skiing and distance running were his pursuits, along with a dream of teaching history, a hope springing from his avid interests in all aspects of history.
