Millbury Town clerk retiring March 31 MILLBURY - Town Clerk Deborah S. Plante has announced she will retire on March 31. Town Manager Robert Spain read Mrs. Plante's letter announcing her retirement during the selectmen's meeting last night. Mrs. Plante has worked for the town in various capacities for 22 years, and was appointed town clerk in 2002 after Frances Gauthier retired.
