Nancy Nelson.

WORCESTER - Nancy J. (Walker) Nelson, 68, of Worcester, passed away on Tuesday, March 22, at UMass Hospital.

She is survived by three daughters, Sandra Volent of Worcester, Doreen McDonnell and her husband, Patrick, of Frisco, Texas, and Debra S. Ware and her husband, Thomas, of Sterling; her mother, Dorothy T. (Hackett) Ware of Worcester; a sister, Claudia R. Bullock of Worcester; eight grandchildren, Robert, Michael, Christopher and Jessica Volent, Amanda and Bailey McDonnell, Jamie and Thomas Ware II; nieces and nephews.

She was born in Worcester, daughter of the late Richard Walker and lived there all her life. Mrs. Nelson was secretary to the president of Rice Barton Company for many years before she retired. She was a member of All Saints Episcopal Church.
