You don't need a passport to visit Pastaland, just an appreciation of homemade noodles: silky strands of fettuccine and linguine; melt-in-your-mouth cheese gnocchi, bright green spinach manicotti, plump ravioli. Arrive on sauce making day and you'll be greeted by wafts of garlic-scented tomatoes.
