More than 700 Boylston trees beetle-infested.

BOYLSTON - The surveying of trees in search of the Asian longhorned beetle continues in Boylston. According to figures released last week by the USDA, 716 trees have now been identified as infested in Boylston.

Overall, in the 94-square mile quarantine area that includes Boylston, West Boylston, Worcester and parts of Shrewsbury and Holden, 9,613 trees were surveyed from Nov. 14 through 20, according to the USDA. That brings the total number of surveyed trees ...
