Ashley Robbins lined a single to center field in the sixth inning to drive in fellow senior captain Emily Griffin for the No. 4 Blue Devils (15-4).

Junior Allie Hardy struck out 13 while hurling a one-hitter.

Junior Kaitlin Andrews struck out seven and walked none in a one-hit shutout for the top-ranked Hawks (21-1) at home. Junior right fielder Kristen Bowen had two doubles, two RBIs and scored twice.

The Panthers are 10-10.

Shepherd Hill 6, St. Peter-Marian 0

Sophomore first baseman Katie Joseph hit three doubles and drove in two runs for the sixth-ranked Rams (17-3) as they defeated the Guardians (11-9) in Worcester.

Senior center fielder Diana Kach added three singles. Senior Holly Renna recorded the shutout on two hits.

The second-ranked Naps (18-2) scored an unearned run in the first inning before falling to host Central Catholic in nine innings. Marissa Palumbo was 1 for 3 with a double.

Senior right fielder Nick Rocheleau collected two singles and two RBIs for the Blue Devils (13-7) in Worcester.

Sophomore Mike Lapointe struck out 10 and scattered six hits for Leominster.

Sophomore Pat O'Connor hit two singles and classmate Alex Heroux added an RBI hit for the Blue Devils.

Hudson Catholic 5, Monty Tech 0

Brian O'Leary threw three-hit ball through five innings, and Will Garner (double, two RBIs) and Shane Penzone each pitched an inning of no-hit relief for the Green Wave (14-6, 9-5 Colonial Athletic League) in Fitchburg.

Robert Crespo had a hit and walked twice for the Bulldogs.
