'Aging Minorities' photos on display in Fitchburg library.

FITCHBURG -- The Fitchburg Public Library will host "The Aging Minority in Massachusetts,'' a photo essay exhibit by Mario Quiroz, through Jan 31.

This talented documentary photographer's career has been focused on the life of marginalized individuals and communities and showcasing their positive sides. In particular he has focused on the American immigrant experience.

"The Aging Minority in Massachusetts,'' about the aging experience of immigrants in the commonwealth, includes photos of aging men and women representing some of the many nationalities in the state.
