SHREWSBURY - Maureen A. Rosiello, who was allegedly killed by her husband during a vicious domestic attack, died of "blunt trauma of head, torso, and extremities," the state Office of the Chief Medical Examiner reported yesterday.

The 44-year-old mother of two suffered injuries "of skull, ribs, vertebra, brain, lung and liver, and extensive soft tissue hemorrhage. The manner of death is homicide," the report states.

The brother and sister allegedly performed CPR and tried to resuscitate Mrs. Rosiello. They told police they planned to stay awake during the night to monitor her condition, but they fell asleep. Mr. Rosiello allegedly woke his sister at 6 a.m. and told her his wife had died. Mrs. Ricardo then allegedly told her brother...
