Bruins acquire Vernarsky.

BOSTON -- Center Kris Vernarsky was traded by the Maple Leafs to the Bruins yesterday for defenseman Richard Jackman. Vernarsky, the 51st pick in the 2000 draft, agreed to a three-year contract.
