Hassett & Donnelly P.C. of Worcester has hired two lawyers. John A. Girouard of Shrewsbury joins the law firm as an associate in civil litigation, business litigation, landlord/tenant issues, insurance claims and real estate litigation. Mr. Girouard was managing agent for Collis & Curran Inc. and J& J Girouard LLC, both of Worcester, and was an associate at Fuller, Rosenberg, Palmer & Beliveau LLP of Worcster. Stanley A. Shea of Littleton has also been hired as an associate focusing on civil litigation including products liability, premises liability, municipal liability and insurance fraud investigation and litigation. Mr. Shea previously worked at the law offices of Donald R. Bumiller in Lynn and Kaufmann and Durant in Andover.

Asim Zaheer of West Newbury has joined Marlboro-based SEPATON Inc. as vice president of marketing. Mr. Zaheer has more than 15 years' experience in senior marketing positions in the storage industry. He most recently worked for Hitachi Data Systems, with responsibility for the content archive platform. He has been a vice president of marketing for Storability Software and began his career at the former Digital Equipment Corp. Mr. Zaheer received a master's degree from the University of Hartford and a bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut. He is a former vice chairman of the Storage Networking Industry Association's data management forum.

Elizabeth M. Helenius of West Boylston has been named assistant vice president of account management and senior plan sales at Worcester-based Fallon Community Health Plan. A graduate of Fairfield University, she was most recently the health plan's senior director of business and product development, overseeing the development of consumer-directed health care products. A 14-year veteran at the health plan, she will be responsible for the retention and growth of existing commercial and Senior Plan business.
