Kaitlyn Pintarich has been named president of Berry Insurance, a Franklin-based independent insurance agency. Ms. Pintarich joined the agency after graduating from Bryant University in 2003, working her way up through different positions. She is a licensed property and casualty insurance broker and plans to continue to maintain her book of business in her role as president.

Evan P. Brassard of Monson has been named director of quality improvement at Rehabilitative Resources Inc., a Sturbridge-based agency that provides support and services to people with developmental disabilities. Mr. Brassard began his career at RRI as an intern for the quality improvement department and was later named manager of the department.

Bowditch & Dewey LLP, a Worcester-based law firm with offices in Boston and Framingham, has announced the addition of experienced business litigator Mary-Pat Cormier. Ms. Cormier will be based in the firm's Boston office and will expand the firm's business litigation practice to better serve clients experiencing insurance coverage disputes and those in need of securities litigation.

Millbury Federal Credit Union in Millbury has announced the promotion of Barbara Lussier of Putnam to mortgage officer. Ms. Lussier has more than 30 years of banking experience in a variety of positions. Before her promotion, she was a mortgage underwriter at MCU.

Patrick T. Maloney of Worcester has been appointed as a member of the Supervisory Committee of Millbury Federal Credit Union in Millbury. Mr. Maloney is the director of advancement at the Nativity School of Worcester.

Robert Chadwick of Fairfax, Va., originally from Worcester, was recently promoted to senior vice president at General Electric Co. in Washington, D.C. Mr. Chadwick has worked at GE for 13 years. He previously worked at the U.S Export-Import Bank in Washington for more than 10 years.
