Goalkeeper Brandan Sullivan has been solid with a 0.33 goals-against average and ranks second in the Northeast-10 Conference. ... Brittany Boyle of Grafton is among the top scorers for the field hockey team. ... At 6-5, the volleyball team has shown great improvement under second-year coach Leo Fahey. Gabby Suriano was named the NEWMAC women's tennis Singles Player of the Week. Suriano remained unbeaten at No. 1 singles with a pair of straight-set victories.

Chris Kibler, who set the course record at last weekend's Fitchburg State Jim Sheehan Memorial Invitational, was named the MASCAC Male Co-Runner of the Week.

Holy Cross

Evan Polanik was named the Patriot League men's soccer Goalkeeper of the Week. Polanik posted two shutouts as the Crusaders captured the Dartmouth Classic. ... Zach Maddigan, who was the top freshman finisher at the Blue Devil Invitational, was named PL cross-country Rookie of the Week. ... Senior Shelby Stand of Douglas is averaging 2.0 goals per game for the women's soccer team to rank 18th in Division 1.

Brendan Hamilton, who posted back-to-back shutout wins over Clark and Endicott was named Commonwealth Coast Conference men's soccer Defensive Player of the Week. Pat Gaumond of Holden, who had two goals and an assist in those victories, was named CCC Rookie of the Week. ... Anna Dyakiv was named CCC women's tennis Rookie of the Week after her straight-set wins at No. 1 singles in matches against Endicott and Colby-Sawyer.
