1 charged with assault in police station lot.

LEICESTER - A Rutland woman is the fourth person to be arrested in the police station parking lot in recent weeks after allegedly slamming her Nissan into a Volkswagen her ex-boyfriend was riding in after they were involved in a domestic disturbance Wednesday.

Police said Angela Marie Marzo, 20, allegedly bit her ex-boyfriend after an argument that started while they were watching television at the former boyfriend's home. According to a police report, the male victim showed officers scratches and a bite mark on his shoulder when he went to the station that night.

According to the report, Ms. Marzo went to the police station to report the altercation, and the victim came in later. He was leaving in a Volkswagen driven by another person when Ms. Marzo slammed her car into the one he was riding in, Police Chief James J. Hurley said.

Officers who witnessed the incident said it was a "deliberate act targeting her ex-boyfriend," the chief stated.

Ms. Marzo was arrested and arraigned...
