Judge Peter W. Agnes Jr.

Christopher Cormier, 19, of 55 Fredette St., Fitchburg, was placed on seven concurrent terms of 5 years probation after pleading guilty to armed robbery, four counts of intimidation to steal from a depository, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to have no contact with the victim, to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to undergo a substance abuse evaluation with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to obtain employment or education, and to notify probation of any prescribed medications. Charges of home invasion and armed assault in a dwelling were dismissed.

Jonathan R. Milliard, 19, of 25 Mill St., Rochdale, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent, found not guilty; and marked lanes violation, found responsible, fined $100.

Michelle Quinones, 29, of 37 Colton St., Worcester, charged with malicious destruction of property over $250, violation of an abuse prevention order, and threatening to commit a crime (assault and battery), continued without a finding for 6 months, ordered to stay away and have no contact with the victim and to pay $400 restitution, $90 victim witness fee.

Luis Pepen, 28, of Lawrence, charged with two counts of possession of heroin with intent to distribute and conspiracy to violate a drug law, placed on probation for 18 months, ordered to remain drug free and to submit to random drug tests, $90 victim witness fee; and distribution of heroin, dismissed.

Jennifer L. Ducharme, 29, of Mattapan, charged with shoplifting (third or subsequent offense), amended from shoplifting, placed on probation until Dec. 18, 2012.

John R. Dufresne, 34, of 183 Sunderland Road, Worcester, charged with receiving stolen property under $250, continued to June 7.

Bonnielee Caouette, 48, of 4 Negus St., Webster, charged with driving negligently, continued without a finding for 1 year, ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, $50 victim witness fee.

William A. Marks Jr., 29, of 4 Bourne St., Worcester, charged with driving an uninsured vehicle, dismissed, $200 costs or ordered to complete 20 hours of community service...
