Yuisa Ramos, 29, of 186 Prichard St., Fitchburg, found not guilty by a jury of trafficking in cocaine, possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, and a drug violation near a school or park.

Judge Peter W. Agnes Jr.

Marquis Ketter, of 31 Harlem St., Worcester, sentenced to 2 to 4 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. The charge was amended from trafficking in cocaine. He was sentenced to a concurrent term of 10 days in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana. Charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (subsequent offense) and drug violation near a school or park were dismissed.

Chenelle M. Medina, 21, of 16 Breck St., Worcester, charged with aggravated assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (grass clippers), assault with a dangerous weapon (glass bottle), wanton destruction of property under $250, and assault and battery, continued to June 15.

John P. Sawicki, 47, of 30 Suffield St., Worcester, charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, and assault, continued to May 10 on $300 cash bail.

Gina Marie Roux, 32, of 28 Almont Ave., Worcester, charged with trafficking in cocaine, drug violation near a school or park, vehicle lights violation, failing to stop for police, and using a vehicle without authority, continued to June 7 on $1,000 cash bail.

Joseph R. Holland, 28, of 14 Denny St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (plastic trash bin) and threatening to commit a crime (to murder), continued to May 28 on $1,000 cash bail.

Victor J. McKenzie, 21, of Manchester, Conn., charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, continued to June 14.

Michael J. Henderson, 37, of 170 Pilgrim Ave., Worcester, charged with failing to register as a sex offender (subsequent offense), continued to June 2 on $500 cash bail.
