Judge Peter W. Agnes Jr.

Michael Aviles, 23, of 150 Worcester St., Southbridge, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 3 to 5 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (subsequent offense) and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, amended from possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (subsequent offense). He was ordered to pay a $150 drug fee and $90 victim witness fee. A charge of drug violation near a school or park was dismissed at the request of the commonwealth. Worcester Central District Court

Stefan Sandvos, 18, of 21 Rowena St., Worcester, charged with 13 counts of vandalizing property, continued without a finding for 1 year, ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department and to complete 100 hours of community service, $90 victim witness fee.

Minh M. Nguyen, 41, of 1 Glenwood St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license, dismissed, $50 costs; and giving a false name or Social Security number to police, dismissed.

Edward Mallett, 42, of a last known address of 65 Elliott St., Worcester, charged with larceny under $250, fined $300 and ordered to pay $77.22 restitution; and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (saw blades), dismissed.

George W. Labadie Jr., 51, of 521 Grafton St., Worcester, charged with 46 counts of receiving stolen property over $250 and larceny over $250, continued to Sept. 14.

Evelyn Eseribano, 32, of 46 Harlem St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, continued without a plea or finding and placed on pretrial probation for 3 months.

Clyde D. Tisdale Jr., 48, of 1 Bluff St., Worcester, charged with trespassing, found responsible, fined $100; and possession of cocaine, dismissed.

Amanda Swider, 22, of Chicopee, charged with driving with a suspended license, dismissed, $100 costs; marked lanes violation, found responsible, filed; and possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, dismissed.

Priscila B. Roque, 24, of 6 Linda Ave., Auburn, charged with driving with a suspended license, continued without a finding for 3 months; license not in possession, found responsible, filed; license plate violation and refusing to identify herself to police, dismissed.
