Judge Peter W. Agnes Jr.

Christopher Medina, 22, of the Worcester County Jail and House of Correction, West Boylston, placed on probation for 2 years after pleading guilty to larceny from a building. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to pay $60,000 restitution, $90 victim witness fee. Charges of unarmed burglary, larceny from a building, receiving stolen property over $250, breaking into a depository, and selling or delivering alcohol to a minor were dismissed.

Lee Humphrey, 25, of 68 Elm St., Shrewsbury, was sentenced to 90 days in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to receiving stolen property over $250. Charges of unarmed burglary, two counts of larceny from a building, larceny over $250, two counts of attempting to break into a depository, and selling or delivering alcohol to a minor were dismissed.

Edward Sullivan, 31, of 270 Reservoir Road, Holden, sentenced to 2-1/2 years in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. The balance of the sentence was suspended for 2 years with probation. He was placed on probation for 2 years after pleading guilty to armed assault with intent to rob.

As conditions of probation, he was ordered to have no contact with the victim, to obtain employment, to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, not to possess weapons, and to pay $90 victim witness fee, $65 probation fee.

Vincent Ruscitti, 21, of 4 Captain Peter Simpson Road, Millbury, charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, sentenced to 60 days in the House of Correction.

Steven M. Hyman, 38, of 4 Henchman St., Worcester, charged with receiving stolen property under $250 and driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), sentenced to two concurrent terms of 60 days in the House of Correction; license plate violation to conceal ID, sentenced to a concurrent term of 10 days in the House of Correction; and license plate violation, found not responsible.

Robert Gratton, 18, of 3 Plane St., Worcester, charged with two counts of larceny under $250, amended from two counts of unarmed robbery, assault and battery, and assault and battery to intimidate, continued without a finding for 1 year, ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to submit to random drug tests, to stay on medications, to stay away and have no contact with the victims, and to pay $14 restitution; armed assault with intent to rob and kidnapping, dismissed.
