Judge Peter W. Agnes Jr.
Erica Russell, 22, of 78 Randolph Road, Worcester, placed on probation for 1 year after pleading guilty to receiving stolen property under $250. The charge was amended from receiving stolen property over $250. As conditions of probation, she was ordered to pay a $65 probation fee or to complete community service and a $50 victim witness fee. Charges of unarmed burglary, two counts of larceny from a building, receiving stolen property over $250, attempting to break into a depository, and being an accessory after the fact of a crime were dismissed.
Nelson Morales, 36, of 10 Crescent St., Southbridge, sentenced to 8 to 10 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to trafficking in cocaine. He was placed on probation for 5 years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to malicious destruction of property over $250. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, and not to possess illegal weapons, $150 drug fee, $65 probation fee or ordered to complete community service, $90 victim witness fee. A charge of drug violation near a school or park was dismissed.

Francisco Mautino, 56, of 1 Robin Drive, Marlboro, found not guilty by a jury on charges of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, assault and battery, open and gross lewdness, and two counts of statutory rape of a child. He was found not guilty by the court on three counts of statutory rape of a child.
