Thomas E. Borders, of a last known address of 244 Madison St., Fitchburg, charged with two counts of breaking and entering in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony. The charges were dismissed.

Jose Rohena, 27, of 7 Stockholm St., Worcester, was charged with trafficking in oxycodone and drug violation near a school or park. The charges were dismissed.

Juan C. Rodriguez, 66, of 80 Lunenburg St., Fitchburg, sentenced to 3 years to 3 years and a day in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. The charge was amended from possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (subsequent offense). He was placed on probation for 2 years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to possession of heroin with intent to distribute (subsequent offense). As conditions of probation, he was ordered to undergo a drug evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, and to pay $150 drug fee, $90 victim witness fee, $65 probation fee. Charges of walking or riding on a railroad track and drug violation near a school or park were dismissed.

Alexander Danello, 19, of 155 Vernon St., Worcester, charged with aggravated assault and battery, dismissed without prejudice upon payment of bar advocate fee.

Robert M. Edwards, 43, of 74 Common St., Barre, charged with assault and battery, dismissed upon payment of bar advocate fee.

Lee Cwalina, 21, of Seabrook, N.H., charged with larceny under $250, dismissed upon payment of $130 restitution; and receiving stolen property over $250, dismissed.

Bobby Tran, 19, of 25 Colton St., Worcester, charged with assault with a dangerous weapon (firearm), assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (firearm), carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a loaded firearm without a license, and possession of ammunition without a firearm ID card, continued to Oct. 12 on $2,000 cash bail.

Nefalim Flikshteyn, 75, of 12 Fiske St., Worcester, charged with driving without a license, dismissed, $50 costs; and failing to use care when starting, stopping, turning, or backing up, found responsible, filed.
