Judge Janet Kenton Walker

William O. Rodriguez, 29, of Lawrence, sentenced to 3 years to 3 years and a day in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to trafficking in cocaine. Charges of driving without a license and giving a false name or Social Security number to police were filed after guilty pleas.

Shaheem Johnson, 23, of 128 Daniels St., Fitchburg, sentenced to four concurrent terms of 3 to 5 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (firearm), use of body armor in a felony, carrying a firearm without a license, and possession of a firearm without a firearm ID card. Charges of home invasion and three counts of armed assault in a dwelling were dismissed.

Richard A. Ford, 59, of 701 Main St., Worcester, charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute, amended from possession of heroin with intent to distribute (subsequent offense), possession of heroin, and possession of cocaine, sentenced to three concurrent terms of 6 months in the House of Correction; and drug violation near a school or park, dismissed.

Timothy J. Bull, 21, of 62 Vale St., Worcester, charged with failing to stop for police, continued without a finding for 1 month, $50 costs; and using a vehicle without authority, dismissed.

Brandt M. Spring, 33, of 4 Sutton Place, Worcester, charged with larceny under $250, found guilty, ordered to pay $50 restitution; and receiving stolen property over $250, filed with a guilty finding.

David A. Braga, 24, of Seabrook, N.H., charged with possession of Ecstasy, continued without a finding for 6 months, $50 victim witness fee.

Hector Reyes, 49, of 44 Beaver St., Worcester, charged with driving without a license, dismissed.

Shaun M. Perry, 21, of 4 Victoria Drive, Auburn, charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (blunt object) and intimidation of a witness, sentenced to two concurrent terms of 6 months in the House of Correction, with 90 days to be served, balance suspended until Oct. 23, 2011.

Edwin G. Marquez Jr., 32, of 20 Svea St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), dismissed, $100 costs; and driving an unregistered vehicle, found not responsible.

Roberto C. Velazquez, 39, of 4 Mott St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (bat), dismissed.
