Craig Smith, 41, of 24 Norman St., Gardner, charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace, dismissed, resisting arrest and assault and battery, admission to sufficient facts but continued without a finding until Aug. 9.

Alfonso Wright, 25, of 31 Stowell South, Apt. 2R, Worcester, charged with assault and battery, found guilty, placed on probation until Aug. 9, and attend and complete an anger management program.

Shayna E. Alexander, 34, of 16 Mildred Ave., Worcester, charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle, driving a motor vehicle with a suspended license, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (handful of pennies), continued to a jury trial on April 12.

Johnny Mejias, 40, 48 Fox St., Apt. 3, Worcester, charged with larceny over $250, to be dismissed if restitution of $700 is paid by Aug, 12.

Willie E. Ellis, 29, of 24 Ball St., Worcester, charged with negligent driving, marked lanes violation, failure to report an injury to a dog or cat and two counts of speeding, continued to March 18.

Nathaniel Nelson, 26, of 92 Kenberma Road, Apt. 2, Worcester, charged with possession of marijuana to distribute, drug violation near Worcester East Middle School and carrying a dangerous weapon (large switchblade), continued to March 7.
