Angel Hernandez, 28, of 1 Freeland St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, nol prossed upon completion of 27 hours of community service in lieu of any fees. A nol pros or nolle prosequi is a court filing reflecting a prosecutor's decision not to proceed with a criminal case after charges have been brought.

Dorjan Tasi, 27, of 28 Assabet Lane, Worcester, charged with aggravated assault and battery, sentenced to 18 months in the House of Correction, with 9 months to be served, balance suspended for 2 years, ordered to remain drug free, to undergo a substance abuse evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, to attend a batterers' program, to stay away and have no contact with the victim, not to abuse the victim, and to pay $350 batterer's fee, $50 victim witness fee; driving with a suspended license, following too closely, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (motor vehicle), dismissed.

Tesha L. Lassiter, 29, of 91 Cortis St., Dudley, charged with driving with a suspended license, using a vehicle without authority, and shoplifting, filed with a guilty finding.

Perry D. Jones, 45, of 141 Eastern Ave., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), sentenced to 60 days in the House of Correction; possession of oxycodone and distribution of cocaine, dismissed.

Omar A. Laza, 24, of 154 Park Hill Ave., Millbury, charged with assault and battery on ambulance personnel, disturbing the peace, and disorderly conduct, continued without a finding for 1 year, ordered to attend an anger management program; trespassing, and disorderly conduct, continued without a finding for 3 months; and driving without a license, continued to March 21.

Chay I. Moore, 29, of Newton, charged with two counts of driving with a suspended license, found responsible, fined $200; vehicle equipment violation, found responsible, filed; and speeding on the Mass Pike, found not responsible.

Danielle L. Niemi, 30, of 30 Orono St., Worcester, charged with possession of a class B substance with intent to distribute, continued to March 22.

Joseph E. Hall, 31, of 49 Church St., Leominster, charged with larceny over $250, sentenced to 6 months in the House of Correction, concurrent with another sentence now being served; and receiving stolen property over...
