Victor Tolson, 28, of 45 Olga Ave., Worcester, charged with possession of crack cocaine, found guilty, sentenced to 1 year in House of Correction, suspended, placed on probation until March 26, 2013 and ordered to stay drug and alcohol free; resisting arrest, guilty; and possession of prescription drug, dismissed.

Daniel Cruz, 17, of 143 Pilgrim Ave., Apt. 1, Worcester, charged with breaking and entering vehicle in the nighttime for felony and larceny over $250, sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until March 26, 2013, stay away and have no contact with the victim.

Joseph Gerardi, 23, of 73 Providence St., Worcester, charged with assault with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery, dismissed upon request of commonwealth without prejudice; assault and battery of a police officer, placed on probation until March 26, 2013 and drug and alcohol testing; disoderly conduct and resisting arrest, guilty.

Luis Moreno, 29, of 12 Hollywood St., Apt. 3, Worcester, charged with three counts assault and battery, resisting arrest and assault and battery of a police officer, continued to May 24 for a jury trial.

Jake J. Mondor, 21, of 131 Bond St., Charlton, charged with larceny over $250, continued to April 14.

Pedro A. Solivan, 49, of 64 Providence St., Apt. 3, Worcester, charged with larceny over $250, continued to May 5.

Andrew B. Cooksey, 31, of 9 Dupont St., Apt. 1, Worcester, charged with driving under the influence or .08 percent, second offense; marked lanes violation and speeding, continued to May 26 for a jury trial.

Jeffrey A. Brownson, 48, of 55 Summerhill Ave., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, continued to April 28 for a jury trial.

Gary E. Chaput, 58, of 40 Cochituate Road, Apt. 17, Framingham, charged with charged with driving under the influence or .08 percent, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop for police, speeding and marked lanes violation, continued to May 12 for a jury trial.
