Conan Gentile, of 429 Mechanic St., Leominster, was sentenced to 3 to 5 years in Walpole state prison after being found guilty by a jury on a charge of receiving stolen property over $250. He was sentenced to 2-1/2 years in the House of Correction, to begin upon his release from the first sentence, after being found guilty by a jury on a charge of receiving stolen property under $250. The sentence was suspended for three years with probation. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to stay away and have no contact with the victim, to pay $90 victim witness fee, and $65 monthly probation fee. He was found not guilty by a jury on three counts of receiving stolen property over $250, two counts of possession of a firearm without a firearm ID card, and two counts of firearm violation with three prior violent or drug crimes.
