William Rivera, 49, of 222 Dewey St., Worcester, was sentenced to three concurrent terms of 13 to 14 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to trafficking in heroin, morphine, or opium, possession of a firearm without a firearm ID card as a career criminal, amended from firearm violation with three prior violent or drug crimes and possession of ammunition without a firearm ID card as a career criminal, amended from firearm violation with three prior violent or drug crimes. He was placed on probation for 2 years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. As a condition of probation, he was ordered to pay a $65 monthly probation fee.

Jason Tonelli, 36, of 24 Fruit St., Worcester, was placed on probation for 3 years after pleading guilty to conspiracy to violate a drug law. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to report monthly to probation to verify address and proof of employment and to pay $150 drug fee, $90 victim witness fee, $50 monthly probation fee.

Raymond Davis, 42, of 52 Vale St., Worcester, charged with larceny under $250 by a single scheme and larceny over $250, sentenced to two concurrent terms of 9 months in the House of Correction; driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and driving an uninsured vehicle, sentenced to two concurrent terms of 60 days in the House of Correction; license plate violation to conceal ID, sentenced to a concurrent term of 10 days in the House of Correction; driving an unregistered vehicle, found responsible, filed; and conspiracy, dismissed.

Miguel A. Santiago, 28, of 63 Russell St., Worcester, charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute, continued without a finding for 1 year, ordered to remain drug free, to submit to random drug tests, to enter and complete a residential treatment program, and to pay $50 victim witness fee; trespassing, found responsible, filed; and drug violation near a school or park, dismissed.

James P. Chesna, 41, of 25 Pleasant Valley Drive, Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed upon payment of bar advocate fee.

Michael A. Favreau, 47, of 45 Acton St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed.
