Judge Janet Kenton-Walker

Hector Samol, 39, of Boston, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 2 years in the House of Correction, with 1 year to be served, after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, amended from trafficking in cocaine, and possession of heroin with intent to distribute. The balance of the sentence was suspended for 3 years with probation. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to submit to random drug tests, and to pay $150 drug fee, $90 victim witness fee, $65 probation fee. A charge of failing to appear in court upon release on personal recognizance was filed with a guilty plea.

Antoine E. Price, 27, of 23 Norfolk St., Worcester, was sentenced to 6 months in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine. The charge was amended from distribution of cocaine. The sentence is to run concurrent with any other sentences now being served. A charge of drug violation near a school or park was dismissed.

Bently Rivera, 29, of 367 South St., Southbridge, was sentenced to 8 to 10 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to trafficking in cocaine. He was sentenced to a concurrent term of 10 days in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to conspiracy to violate a drug law. He was ordered to pay $150 drug fee, $90 victim witness fee. A charge of drug violation near a school or park was dismissed.

Luis D. Cotto Jr., 19, of 16 Marcius Road, Worcester, charged with driving without a license, continued to Feb. 29.

Sammy Njihia, 35, of 14 First St., Worcester, charged with two counts of driving with a suspended license, dismissed, $500 costs.

Orlando Ortiz, 23, of 11 Laurel St., Worcester, charged with disturbing the peace, fined $100 or ordered to complete community service; trespassing, fined $100 or ordered to complete community service; and shoplifting, fined $100 or ordered to complete community service.

Teddy Hutchful, 18, of 384 Sunderland Road, Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed.

Angel O. Nazario Jr., 45, of 38 Stoneland Road, Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed upon payment of bar advocate fee.

Luis D. Hernandez, 20, of 25 Hooper St., Worcester, charged with receiving a stolen vehicle and driving without a license, dismissed.

Angel Quiles, 49, of 50 Franklin St., Worcester, charged with leaving an accident scene after property damage, dismissed.

Jermain Reardon, 27, of 199 Orchard Hill Road, Oxford, charged with defacing property, dismissed.

Omar Abu, 20, of 143 Eastern Ave., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed.

Christopher P. Todd, 35, of 56 Vale St., Worcester, charged with home invasion, two counts of armed assault in a dwelling with a firearm, two counts of armed kidnapping with a firearm, two counts of armed and masked robbery with a firearm, using a firearm during the commission of a felony, and armed carjacking with a firearm, continued to Feb. 22 on $5,000 cash bail.
