Judge Janet Kenton-Walker

Ethan Quackenbush, 27, of 305 Belmont St., Worcester, was sentenced to 2-1/2 years in the House of Correction, with 18 months to be served, after pleading guilty to burning personal property. The balance of the sentence was suspended for 5 years with probation. He was placed on two concurrent terms of 5 years' probation after pleading guilty to arson of a dwelling and malicious destruction of property over $250. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free and to undergo a mental health evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department.

Judge James R. Lemire

Michael Santa Maria, 44, of 26 Bristol St., Worcester, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 6 to 6-1/2 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to armed robbery (gun) and armed assault with intent to rob (gun). He was ordered to pay $90 drug fee.

Richard Lunt, 32, of 12 Clapp St., Worcester, charged with open and gross lewdness, dismissed; armed robbery (gun), assault with a dangerous weapon (handgun), and assault and battery on a person over 60 or disabled with an injury, continued to June 5 on $10,000 cash bail.

Thomas Foye Jr., 21, of 7 Old Towne Road, Ayer, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent, continued without a finding for 1 year, ordered to attend a driver alcohol education program, 45 days' license loss, $250 state fee, $250 head injury fee, $50 victim assessment fee, $50 victim witness fee; possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, found responsible, fined $500; and marked lanes violation, found responsible, filed.

James P. Andersen, 43, of 125 Brookline St., Worcester, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent, continued without a finding for 1 year, ordered to attend a driver alcohol education program, 45 days' license loss, $250 state fee, $250 head injury fee, $50 victim assessment fee, $50 victim witness fee; and vehicle lights violation, found not responsible.

Taquira Crosby, 24, of 79 Paine St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed upon payment of bar advocate fee.

Kelsea A. Connors, 22, of 117 Cottage St., Whitinsville, charged with failing to stop for police, dismissed, $100 costs; and speeding, found responsible, fined $180.
