Andrew David, 29, of 101 Bjorklund Ave., Worcester, was sentenced to four concurrent terms of 3 years to 3 years and a day in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to possession of oxycodone with intent to distribute, amended from trafficking in oxycodone, distribution of a class B substance, possession of a firearm in a felony, and conspiracy to violate a drug law. He was placed on 10 concurrent terms of 5 years probation, to begin forthwith, after pleading guilty to distribution of a class B substance, two counts of possession of a class B substance, two counts of possession of a class C substance, possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute, two counts of possession of a class E substance, possession of a firearm without a firearm ID card, and possession of ammunition without a firearm ID card. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug-and alcohol-free, to undergo a substance abuse evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, to have no contact with the co-defendant, and to pay $65 probation fee. Two counts of distribution of a class B substance were nol prossed. A nol pros, or nolle prosequi, is a court filing reflecting a prosecutor's decision not to proceed with a criminal case after charges have been brought.

Jason Echevarria, 31, of 8 Vinton St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and motorized scooter violation, continued to Nov. 14.
