Stephen Stone, also known as Stephen Grassey, 28, of Naples, Fla., was placed on six concurrent terms of 10 years probation after pleading guilty to three counts of intimidation of a witness, two counts of criminal harassment, and threatening to commit a crime. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to submit to random drug tests, to undergo substance abuse and mental health evaluations with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to attend an anger management program, to take all prescribed medications, to stay away and have no contact with the victims, and out of state work permitted with authorization from probation officer.

Salvator Bilodeau, 24, of 15 Hecla St., Uxbridge, was sentenced to 5 to 7 years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to rape. He was placed on probation for 5 years, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to rape. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to register as a sex offender, to attend sex offender treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to have no contact with the victim or witness, and to submit to GPS monitoring.
