Judge John S. McCann

William A. Vance, 33, of 6 Chrome St., Worcester, was sentenced to five concurrent terms of five to seven years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to trafficking in cocaine and four counts of distribution of cocaine. He was sentenced to a concurrent term of two years in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute within a school zone and four counts of distribution of cocaine within a school zone were dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.

Brian Diaz, 23, of 20 Crescent St., Worcester, was charged with assault and battery on a correctional officer. The charge was dismissed after a motion to dismiss was allowed.

Rolando A. Marty, 30, of 978 Main St., Worcester, was placed on probation for one year after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute (second or subsequent offense). As conditions of probation, he was ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department and to submit to random drug tests. A charge of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute within a school zone was dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.

Michele Archambeault, 36, of 16 Village Way, Webster, charged with possession of a class B substance

with intent to distribute, amended from possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, placed on probation for one year, ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, and to submit to random drug tests, $90 victim witness fee; drug violation near a school or park and possession of cocaine, dismissed.

William A. Price, 45, of 9 Glen Ellen Road, Worcester, charged with intimidation of a witness, continued to March 1 on $3,000 cash bail.

Richard J. Bowley, 37, of 5 Lund St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, placed on probation for one year, ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department and to submit to random drug tests, $50 victim witness fee; and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (hammer), dismissed.

Joel Valentin, 29, of 15 Laurel St., Worcester, charged with two counts of violation of an abuse prevention order, threatening to commit a crime (to do bodily harm), and making annoying telephone calls, continued without a finding for one year, ordered to have no contact with the victim, $50 victim witness fee.

Mary Luz Pagan, 22, of 701 Main St., Worcester, charged with sexual conduct for a fee, sentenced to one year in the House of Correction, suspended for one year.

Scott Duncan, 21, of 25 Randolph Road, Worcester, charged with assault, continued without a finding for one year, ordered to have no contact with the victim and to attend an anger management program, $50 victim witness fee; two counts of assault and battery and selling or delivering alcohol to a minor, dismissed.

Daniel L. Arndt, 23, of 231 Sunnyhill Road, Lunenburg, charged with driving an uninsured vehicle, dismissed, $200 costs; driving with a suspended registration, dismissed, $100 costs...
