Judge John S. McCann

Darrell Yopp, 51, of Eddyville, Ky., was sentenced to two concurrent terms of five to six years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to two counts of rape of a child with force. He was sentenced to two concurrent terms of four to five years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14.

Bobby J. Ditaranto, 37, of 125 McCarthy Ave., Cherry Valley, charged with violation of an abuse prevention order, found not guilty.

Gonzalez, 33, of 136 Eastern Ave., Worcester, charged with larceny under $250 and breaking and entering into a vehicle or boat in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony, sentenced to two concurrent terms of two and a half years in the House of Correction, with one year to be served, balance suspended for two years, ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, and to submit to random drug tests; receiving stolen property over $250, amended from larceny over $250, sentenced to 18 months in the House of Correction, to begin upon his release from the first sentence, balance suspended for two years; receiving stolen property under $250, amended from larceny under $250, and resisting arrest, filed with a guilty finding; two counts of breaking and entering into a vehicle or boat in the nighttime with intent to commit a felony and assault and battery on a police officer, dismissed.

Felix Vieras, 31, of 51 Harlem St., Worcester, charged with larceny over $250, sentenced to six months in the House of Correction.

Ramon A. Perdomo, also known as Angel Medinas, 39, of Natick, charged with possession of cocaine, fined $200; and larceny of a vehicle, dismissed.

Ernest Henry, 76, of 314 Burncoat St., Worcester, charged with leaving an accident scene after personal injury, dismissed.
