Judge Francis R. Fecteau
Steven Moore, 43, of 50 D St., Whitinsville, was sentenced to seven to nine years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to statutory rape of a child. He was sentenced to two concurrent terms of three to five years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to two counts of indecent assault and battery on a child. He was sentenced to two concurrent terms of two and a half years in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to two counts of possession of child pornography. He was placed on five concurrent terms of five years' probation after pleading guilty to three counts of posing a minor in a state of nudity, dissemination of visual material of a child in a state of nudity, and dissemination of visual material of a child in sexual conduct. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to have no contact with the victim or the victim's family, to have no unsupervised contact with children under 16, and to undergo a sex offender evaluation with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department.

William W. Mish, 26, of 28 Ellsworth St., Worcester, was sentenced to three to four years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to unarmed robbery. The charge was amended from armed robbery (handgun).
Reynaldo Rivera, 31, of 28 Ellsworth St., Worcester, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of four to five years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to unarmed robbery, amended from armed robbery (handgun), and possession of heroin with intent to distribute, amended from possession of heroin with intent to distribute (second or subsequent offense).
