Bernice McLellan, 55, of 866 Main St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license, driving an uninsured vehicle, and receiving stolen property under $250, sentenced to three concurrent terms of 10 days in the House of Correction; and failing to stop for police, filed with a guilty finding.

Kevin M. Flynn, 50, of 24 Bourne St., Worcester, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent, amended from driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent (second offense), continued without a finding for one year, ordered to attend a driver's alcohol education program, loss of license for 45 days, $250 state fee, $250 head injury fee, $50 victim's assessment fee, $50 victim witness fee; possession of an open container of alcohol in a vehicle and state highway traffic violation, found responsible, filed.

David W. Dean, 19, of 299 Oxford St., Auburn, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent, found not guilty; and being a minor in possession of alcohol, fined $50.

Trinidad, 18, of 7 Hillside St., Worcester, charged with disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, and possession of methocarbamol with intent to distribute, continued without a finding for one year, ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, and to submit to random drug tests, $50 victim witness fee.

Robert Dufresne, 41, of 24 Clarendon St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), sentenced to one year in the House of Correction, suspended for three years, $50 victim witness fee; and failing to stop or yield, found responsible, fined $100.

Ryan P. Aldrin, 27, of 1 Wabash Ave., Worcester, charged with violation of an abuse prevention order, continued without a finding for six months, ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free and to submit to random drug tests, $50 victim witness fee.

Patrick S. Mongeau, 44, of 7 Madbrook Road, North Brookfield, charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), sentenced to 60 days in the House of Correction, suspended for one year, $50 victim witness fee.

Omar Brown, also known as Glen Brown, 32, of 50 Barnes Ave., Worcester, charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, sentenced to one year in the House of Correction, suspended for two years, ordered to remain drug-free, to undergo a drug evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, no contact with anyone who uses controlled substances, and not to be in any place where controlled substances are kept, fined $1,250, $90 victim witness fee; disorderly conduct, filed with a guilty finding; possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, two counts of drug violations near a school or park, possession of cocaine, giving a false name or Social Security number to police, disturbing the peace, trespassing, and resisting arrest, dismissed.
