James M. Cicero, 29, of 152 Copperfield Road, Worcester, charged with leaving an accident scene after property damage and driving negligently, continued without a plea or finding and placed on pretrial probation for one year; and speeding, found not responsible.

James Nicholas, 71, of 10 Cottage St., Worcester, charged with larceny under $250 and civil rights violation, continued without a plea or finding and placed on pretrial probation for six months, ordered to have no contact with the victim.

Francis S. Hood, 40, of 125 West Spruce St., Milford, charged with possession of Lioresal Soma, possession of cocaine, and possession of Klonopin, sentenced to three concurrent terms of nine months in the House of Correction, concurrent with another sentence now being served; driving with a suspended license, sentenced to a concurrent term of 10 days in the House of Correction; failing to use care when stopping and refusing to identify himself to police, filed with a guilty finding; and possession of Adderall, dismissed.

Elvin D. Delacruz, 22, of 16 New York St., Worcester, charged with distribution of heroin, continued without a finding for six months, ordered to remain drug-free and to submit to random drug tests, $150 drug analysis fee, $50 victim witness fee.

Nicole E. Franco, 39, of 42 Blain Road, North Grosvenordale, charged with driving with a suspended license, continued without a finding for six months, $200 costs, $50 victim witness fee; and speeding, found not responsible.

Mindy Nader, 29, of 78 Hamilton St., Worcester, charged with malicious destruction of property over $250, dismissed without prejudice.

Yesica Zayas, 30, of 41 Edward St., Worcester, charged with sexual conduct for a fee, placed on probation for one year, ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, and to complete the DAWN program, $50 victim witness fee; driving with a suspended license, trespassing, and two counts of sexual conduct for a fee, continued without a finding for one year, $150 victim witness fee.

Peter E. Schap, 20, of 15 Hillside St., Worcester, charged with possession of marijuana and larceny under $250, amended from larceny over $250, continued without a finding for six months, ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to submit to random drug tests, and to remain employed, $400 costs, $100 victim witness fee.

Jimmy Flores, 36, of 24 Overlook Drive, Whitinsville, charged with assault and battery, dismissed upon payment of bar advocate fee.
