Judge Robert C. Cosgrove

Brian J. Goguen, 49, of 87 Vezina Ave., Leominster, was sentenced to two and a half years in the House of Correction, with 18 months to be served, after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol (fourth or subsequent offense). The balance of the sentence was suspended for three years with probation. He was placed on three concurrent terms of three years probation after pleading guilty to driving to endanger, leaving an accident scene after personal injury, and leaving an accident scene after property damage. A charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent (fourth or subsequent offense) was dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.

Joel P. Clouthier, 28, of 38 Locust St., Oxford, was sentenced to three to three and a half years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to trafficking in cocaine. A charge of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute within a school zone was dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.

Shane Harris, 17, of 86 Swan Ave., Worcester, charged with resisting arrest, continued without a finding for three months, $50 victim witness fee; disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace, dismissed.

Julius Kinuthia, 32, of 15 Blake St., Worcester, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or .08 percent, continued without a finding for one year, ordered to attend a driver alcohol education program, 45 days license loss, $50 victim witness fee; marked lanes violation, found responsible, filed; and following too close on the Massachusetts Turnpike, found not responsible.

Diane M. Bradford, 47, of 701 Main St., Worcester, charged with sexual conduct for a fee, sentenced to six months in the House of Correction, suspended for one year; and trespassing, sentenced to 30 days in the House of Correction, suspended for one year, ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free and to submit to random drug tests.
