Judge Robert C. Cosgrove

Anibal Colon, 25, of 17 Sturgis St., Worcester, was charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute and possession of heroin with intent to distribute within a park zone. The charges were dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.

Judge Margot Botsford

Benedicto Quintanilla, 35, of 48 Gibbs St., Worcester, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of one to two years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, amended from trafficking in cocaine, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

Neil J. Seifert, 32, of 25 Putnam Road, Charlton, charged with resisting arrest, fined $625, $50 victim witness fee; disturbing the peace, filed with a guilty finding; assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (shod foot), and disorderly conduct, dismissed.
