Raymond J. Geary, 42, of 464 Charlton St., Southbridge, was sentenced to five years to five years and a day in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to trafficking in cocaine. He was sentenced to a concurrent term of three to five years in Walpole State Prison after pleading guilty to trafficking in cocaine. He was sentenced to three concurrent terms of one year in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to possession of a class B substance, possession of a class C substance, and possession of a hypodermic needle. He was sentenced to three concurrent terms of six months in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to two counts of possession of marijuana and possession of a class E substance. He was placed on two concurrent terms of five years' probation, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to possession of oxycodone with intent to distribute and possession of psilocyn with intent to distribute. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department. Charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute within a school zone, possession of oxycodone with intent to distribute within a school zone, possession of psilocyn with intent to distribute within a school zone, and possession of ammunition without a firearm ID card as a career criminal were dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.

Cynthia L. Godin, 41, of 464 Charlton St., Southbridge, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of two and a half years in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, amended from trafficking in cocaine, and possession of oxycodone with intent to distribute. She was sentenced to two concurrent terms of six months in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to possession of marijuana and possession of a hypodermic needle. She was placed on probation for three years, to begin upon her release, after pleading guilty to possession of psilocyn with intent to distribute. As conditions of probation, she was ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department. A charge of failing to secure a firearm in a vehicle was filed after a guilty plea. Charges of possession of psilocyn with intent to distribute within a school zone, possession of oxycodone with intent to distribute within a school zone, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute within a school zone were dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.
