Peter Santos, 29, of 139 Lawrence St., Clinton, was sentenced to 18 to 24 months in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (knife). A charge of armed robbery (knife) was dismissed.

Toby A. Briggs, 24, of Hopkinton, charged with possession of an open container of alcohol in public, fined $50, $50 victim witness fee; and two counts of selling or delivering alcohol to a minor, dismissed.

Tina M. Tillery, 28, of 290 Lovell St., Worcester, charged with sexual conduct for a fee, continued to Aug. 25.
