Fremming, 35, of 20 Batavia St., Worcester, charged with driving recklessly, continued without a finding for three months, $100 costs; failing to stop for police, continued without a plea or finding and placed on pretrial probation for three months; marked lanes violation, improperly overtaking a vehicle and speeding, found not responsible.

Jimenez, 23, of 3 Allen St., Worcester, charged with three counts of driving with a suspended license, sentenced to 10 days in the House of Correction, suspended for six months; driving with a suspended license, sentenced to 10 days in the House of Correction; vehicle lights violation, failing to use care when turning and failing to wear a seat belt, found not responsible; and violation of an abuse prevention order, dismissed.

Christopher R. Chiras, 32, of 61 Sandra Drive, Worcester, charged with attempting to commit a crime (larceny over $250), two counts of larceny over $250 and two counts of uttering false writing, continued without a finding for one year, $50 victim witness fee.

Shanaya Janice Scott, 22, of Hartford, charged with driving without a license and failing to stop at a stop sign, dismissed.

Edward Mulhearn, 48, of 25 Exchange St., Worcester, charged with leaving an accident scene after property damage, dismissed, $200 costs.

Sally M. Bussey, 47, of 1 Kilby St., Worcester, charged with sexual conduct for a fee, placed on probation for one year, ordered to undergo a mental health evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department and to complete the Developing Alternatives for Women Now program.

Nilsa Brito, 27, of 12 Winfield St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, disorderly conduct and common law affray, dismissed.

Luis Santiago, 31, of 25 Townsend St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery and resisting arrest, sentenced to two concurrent terms of 31 days in the House of Correction; and disturbing the peace, dismissed.

Latessa L. Pham, 20, of 43 Howard Terrace, Cherry Valley, charged with two counts of failing to signal, found not responsible; and driving with a suspended license, dismissed.

Edward N. Abdow, 20, of 152 Plantation St., Worcester, charged with driving with a suspended registration and driving an uninsured vehicle, continued without a finding for five months, $300 costs, $50 victim witness fee.

Jill Nelson, 43, of 701 Main St., Worcester, charged with sexual conduct for a fee, filed with a guilty finding.
