Shane M. Spencer, 23, of a last known address of 7 Mott St., Worcester, was sentenced to two years to two years and a day in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to distribution of cocaine. He was placed on three concurrent terms of two years' probation, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Four counts of drug violation near a school or park were dismissed.

Aaron J. Storm, 24, of 105 Plymouth St., Fitchburg, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of one to two years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (blunt object) and malicious destruction of property under $250. The sentence is to begin upon his release from any other sentences now being served. He was placed on two concurrent terms of two years' probation, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to two counts of assault and battery. As a condition of probation, he was ordered to have no contact with the victim. Charges of home invasion and armed assault in a dwelling were dismissed.

Joseph M. Clark, 22, of 144 Austin St., Worcester, charged with two counts of driving an uninsured vehicle and two counts of driving with a suspended license, continued without a finding for one year, $500 costs; having no inspection sticker on a vehicle, failing to wear a seat belt, two counts of driving an unregistered vehicle, and driving improperly, found not responsible; two counts of driving with a suspended registration and two counts of license plate violation to conceal ID, dismissed.

Tara Andrews, 23, of 576 Worcester St., Southbridge, charged with being a common streetwalker and sexual conduct for a fee, sentenced to two concurrent terms of 58 days in the House of Correction; and sexual conduct for a fee, placed on probation for three months, ordered to attend the DAWN program.

Michelle E. Martin, 28, of 171 Mill St., Worcester, charged with sexual conduct for a fee, continued without a finding for six months, ordered to remain drug-free, to submit to random drug tests, and to attend the DAWN program.

Angela M. Ware, 38, of 701 Main St., Worcester, charged with sexual conduct for a fee, continued without a finding for six months, ordered to attend the DAWN program.

Gerald Sevigny, 49, of 12 Highland Ave., Millbury, charged with driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), sentenced to 60 days in the House of Correction, suspended for six months; and speeding, found responsible, fined $300.

Orlando Colon, 49, of 297 Pleasant St., Worcester, charged with possession of heroin, sentenced to one day in the House of Correction.

Jessie J. Fahey, 29, of 701 Main St., Worcester, charged with being a common streetwalker, sentenced to 28 days in the House of Correction.
