Alejandro Y. Ortiz, 31, of Lawrence, was sentenced to two years to two years and a day in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. The charge was amended from distribution of cocaine. A charge of possession of marijuana was filed after a guilty plea.

Ryan D. Kenney, 17, of 7 Wentworth St., Worcester, charged with trespassing, amended from breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor, fined $100, $50 victim witness fee; and resisting arrest, dismissed.
Timothy J. Clancy, 18, of 10 Litchfield St., Worcester, charged with trespassing, amended from breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor, continued without a plea or finding and placed on pretrial probation for two months, $100 costs.
Orlando Rivera Jr., 31, of 69 Harrison St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery and intimidation of a witness, sentenced to two concurrent terms of one year in the House of Correction, with 90 days to be served, balance suspended for 18 months, ordered to attend a batterer's program, $90 victim witness fee; assault and battery and intimidation of a witness, dismissed.

Thomas J. Lenahan, 32, of 79 Lower Gore Road, Webster, charged with violation of an abuse prevention order, continued without a plea or finding and placed on pretrial probation for six months, ordered to abide by a restraining order.
