Christian Ruiz, 20, of 3 Sigourney St., Worcester, charged with two counts of driving with a suspended license, continued without a finding for six months, $500 costs, $50 victim witness fee; driving an unregistered vehicle and vehicle equipment violation, found not responsible.

Edwin Moreno, 42, of 56 Constitution Ave., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, dismissed upon payment of bar advocate fee.

Sindi L. Pierce, 49, of 167 Pleasant St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (unknown sharp object), continued without a plea or finding and placed on pretrial probation for six months, ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to submit to random drug tests, and no abuse to victim.

Ryan P. Conroy, 21, of 82 Beaconsfield Road, Worcester, charged with possession of marijuana, continued without a finding for six months, ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free and to submit to random drug tests, $50 victim witness fee.

Mathew J. Snyder, 33, of 102 Randall St., Worcester, charged with driving without a license, found responsible, fined $100; driving with a suspended license and driving an uninsured vehicle, dismissed.
